Audrey has been on High School Staff the past two summers and even recruited her friend Rok to join High School Staff as well. Will YOU Vishal Reddy, who attended Family Camp last summer, was wearing his Gilead gear recently at his home church’s Family Camp in Texas at @iheartlakeview 🥳 #wheredoyouwearyourgileadware Next Playground Update! 🛝 A lot of the groundwork and preparation has been the goal in recent days, and check out what was built yesterday! Josh Mallory, and Jack and Matt Moyer are working on it this weekend. Rok attends Redeemer Church in Bellevue, and his friend Audrey Whelan who has been on High School Staff the past two summers convinced Camp Gilead is hiring High School Staff this summer! 🏕️ High School Staff have the opportunity to serve in this leadership training program at camp in 3-week sessions. Why apply to be on High School Staff? To get an opportunity to make close friends Throwback Thursday! 🫡 This week we are looking back at Spring Break Day Camp when all the staff went to get ice cream on the last night. Thanks so much to @moooicecream in Fall City for having us! 🐄🍦 #ctgspringbreakdaycamp 📣WELCOME BACK SONJA!📣 We are excited to announce that Sonja Engen is OFFICIALLY HIRED as the Assistant Day Camp Director!!! Sonja has served as a Counselor and Day Camp Staff, and this will be her second summer in this role. She loves the Day Camp This past weekend was the 2026 Men’s Retreat was a wonderful time! 🌲 Pastor Adam Harris brought powerful messages in the Word, Pastor John Lafferty led worship, and there was lots of time in fellowship at meals and a pretty sweet game night. T PLAYGROUND UPDATE! 🛝 The Jungle Gym, Swings, Wooden Structure, and Monkey Bars are now gone. The new playground will take up a majority of this space, and will be moved in shortly! This space at camp looks a bit empty right now, but we are excited f 📣WELCOME CALEB!📣 We are pleased to announce that Caleb Skinner is OFFICIALLY HIRED as an LIT for the Summer 2026 High School Staff! Caleb desires to serve in ministry when he’s older and looks forward to getting an idea of it at camp this sum 🌲🫡GUYS!!! Sierra has come to Camp Gilead as a camper for years and has grown so much spiritually, she’s excited to Spring Break Day Camp 2026 is complete! 🌼 Campers participated in Choir, had the option between Art and Skateboarding, and learned about the Story of Joseph in chapel with lots of group discussion. The weather was BEAUTIFUL and we had so much fun! T During Spring Break Day Camp, all campers participate in the Choir and prepare in rehearsals each day to perform for their families on Thursday afternoon. It’s starting to come together! 🎶 #ctgspringbreakdaycamp Day 2 of Spring Break Day Camp ✅ More art, skateboarding, and fun in the sun! This week in chapel, the day campers are learning the story of Joseph and how God is always with us. These campers are having a BLAST! 💥 #ctgspringbreakdaycamp Spring Break Day Camp is starting!!! 🌿The campers are here and excited!
