Registration

The quickest and simplest form of registration is using the online registration form (payment in full required).
If you require payments and/or scholarships download a printable registration form.
Full balance is due one week before arrival at camp.

These camps will fill up quickly and we want to make sure that you get yourself a spot reserved! A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required to process each registration form. All checks should be made out to Camp Gilead. One check for registration and spending money is appreciated. After your registration form is received and processed, we will secure your spot and notify you with a Confirmation Letter. Full balance is due one week before arrival at camp. Our registration fee includes all meals, lodging, activities, crafts, all camp photo and team t-shirt. There are no refunds after your week of camp begins.

Monday Arrival Time

Check-in will begin at 10:00 AM on Monday morning of camp at Pop’s Inn for resident campers.  If you are bringing BOTH resident and day campers you may begin check-in at 9:00 AM otherwise please do not arrive to drop your resident campers off before 10:00 AM.

Saturday Check Out Time

Closing Ceremonies will begin each Saturday approximately 9:15 AM and your camper will be ready to be picked up by 10:30 AM. The closing ceremonies will include team competition awards, special presentations, plus an incredible video collage of your camper’s week of camp! Parents are welcome…but parking will be limited! Patience will be required on Saturday mornings as we cope with the abundance of cars, people and energy!

Spending Money

At Camp Gilead we have our own store, called Pop’s Inn. We will set up an account for your child at check in. Campers will have the opportunity to visit the store daily. We will have tons of fun camp souvenirs, water bottles, sweatshirts, postcards as well as candy, pop and ice cream. Moms and Dads…the suggested daily amount is $2-3 per day, plus money for other fun camp stuff! Sweatshirts range from $20-25.

Lost and Found

We understand that there is a great possibility of someone leaving something behind. Please mark all of your camper’s clothing well so this can be minimized. All lost and found items will be held until Oct 1st and may be picked up at camp prior to that.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of each camper is a very important part of Camp Gilead. We provide safe and healthy living facilities with the best possible supervision. Camp meals not only taste great — but they are nutritious! Summer staffers are dedicated college age men and women who are committed to Jesus Christ. Red Cross certified lifeguards and activity instructors provide a safe environment for activities. Because we emphasize safety and proper use of equipment in all camp instruction, activities and games, campers are required to wear appropriate gear. Our Registered Camp Nurse is always on hand to take care of the ill, injured or those that need just a big hug! The camp nurse will also distribute any medication that your camper might need to take, both prescription and over-the-counter.

Cabin Assignments
